With the means of staging Felix Holzer creates unique photographs. Felix Holzer arranges technical cult objects from the 2nd half of the last century on pop striped backgrounds. Ghetto blasters, vinyl records or compact cassettes, long since disappeared from everyday life, are thus given a museum-like attention. His photographs celebrate the 80s, an extraordinary decade with the beginning of Hip-Hop and breakdance.

When Felix Holzer sets out to create a photographic project in analog, i.e. with classic film material and large-format Linhof Master Technika camera, we can be excited. The result of the project was presented by Felix Holzer in his characteristic minimalist and symbolic visual language in which he celebrates the cult decade of his childhood. The photography group exhibition took place at the Linhof Casino in Munich.

At the International Photography Exhibition at the Art Center Gallery Seoul, works of the best photographers from all around the world were shown. The Korean Photography Association, KAPA for short, showed Felix Holzer's work 'B-Boys, Breakers, Electric Boogaloo' in the Yellow Edition. A catalog was published to accompany the exhibition.
